Mac OS - An Introduction    £35.00 per person


  1. This course is the ideal for anyone contemplating moving to Mac, or those who have just done so. It encompasses all the basics of the file system, menu commands and standard applications, and will give a definite head start to enable you to get the most from your Mac.


iLife - An introduction   £45.00 per person


  1. iLife is Apples suite of creative applications designed to make the most of your Mac and the digital lifestyle. It includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iWeb, Garageband and iDVD, and whilst some users may be familiar with some of these applications, many do not realise the full potential of what they have at their fingertips.


  2. This course introduces each of the elements of the iLife suite, highlighting their potential,how they interact with each other and how to get started working with them.


One2One

Mac OS - An Introduction

Advanced Introduction to MAC OS


  1. For experienced computer users new to MAC OS, this course introduces the key aspects of the Leopard operating system, as well as a comprehensive look at File and Disk management.


Making the most of your Mac hardware


  1. This course explains to users the functions and features of the computer they are using, and how to get the most from it. It is aimed and the home/business user who has or would like to go further than just a single stand alone computer, how to setup and maintain your hardware connections, and how to diagnose problems and manage disaster recovery.



One2One or group tuition can be arranged to cover any aspect of your Mac. Even though Leopard is the most recent and up to date operating system, we can arrange full help and advice in previous versions, including Panther and Tiger.

  3. Send and receiving emails in Mail and .Mac

  4. Import music into iTunes and transfer to your iPod

  5. Create letters and flyers in iWork and MS Office

  6. Get started with digital photography in iPhoto


It can then get more advanced with instruction in how to:

  2. Produce feature DVD movies

  3. Build websites, and blogs in iWeb 2

  4. Share your pictures with online galleries and photobooks

  5. Synchronise all your digital accessories in iSync

  6. Master digital photo enhancement with Adobe Photoshop.
