  1. 1. Free health checks are limited to one per customer computer per year. Further requested checks will incur charges out in accordance with our published Terms.

  2. 2. Free health checks will be limited to within a 20 mile radius of our base in Shaftesbury. Requests for Free health checks outside of this area may be considered, but a charge of 50p per mile will be levied for all mileage in excess of 20 miles.

  3. 3. Work carried out during any Free health check will be limited to that which is required to assess the condition, nature and performance of the computer operating system and major system applications.

  4. 4. If applicable, freely available no charge software updates may be downloaded and installed, or be enabled to be downloaded and installed.

  5. 5. Dorset Mac Man reserves the right to refuse any request for a free health check.
